We're a husband-and-wife team, which means every home gets two sets of eyes — Tara's builder's instinct from years on her father's construction sites, and Kyle's competitive read of the market shaped by a career as a 1992 U.S. Olympic Alpine Ski Racer and decades on the Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation board.
We moved to Bend in 2005 to raise our family. We started practicing real estate here in 2013. Most of our business has come from referrals ever since — clients who became friends, friends who became neighbors.
What that looks like in practice: showings are split, research is split, offer strategy is built together, and you're never bouncing between an assistant and a calendar. You get both of us.

Do you help with relocation from out of state?
A significant portion of our work is with buyers moving in from California, Washington, Colorado, and the East Coast. We'll typically begin with a video call and a custom neighborhood map, then tour properties on your behalf or schedule a visit weekend that covers ground efficiently.
What are your fees?
Commission structure varies based on the property, the brokerage, and the transaction type. We discuss it openly at our first meeting — before any agreement is signed — so there are no surprises and no pressure.
How long have you been selling real estate in Bend?
We moved to Bend in 2005 and have been licensed in Oregon since 2013. We've closed more than 180 transactions across Central Oregon since then, with an average sale price above one million dollars.
Can you list our home if it's under a million?
Yes. Our average sits above one million, but we work across the full range of Bend's premium market. The work, attention, and marketing approach is the same regardless of price point.
