Summit West is where Bend's west side is still being written. Sitting at higher elevation along the western edge of town, it's one of the most active areas for new estate-scale construction — newer custom homes on larger lots, with broad views toward the Cascades and quick access to Shevlin Park and the trail systems beyond.
